Where can you ship orders?

Currently we are able to ship packages to Hong Kong, Macau, China, USA, Japan, Thailand and Cambodia.

What kind of shipping methods are available?

For customers in China, packages are shipped by SF Express. Orders in Hong Kong are shipped by HK SF Express. For customers outside China, packages are shipped by Hong Kong Post (standard post or Speedpost service)

How long does it take to deliver my order?

For customers in China, it takes 3-8 days for the order to arrive. Customers in Hong Kong will receive the package within 2-4 days after shipping. International shipping times by destination is 7-15 days.

Will I be able to track my package?

Yes, we will update you with a tracking number and URL as soon as your order is shipped.

How much does the shipping cost?

For customers in Hong Kong, the shipping fee is HKD25, free shipping to Hong Kong for order over HK$1800. For Chinese and overseas customers, there are multiple shipment methods that can be chosen. The promotion shipping fee to China is HKD20 per order from 2025.

Additional customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the oversea recipient.
